Successful candidates will have a deep understanding and a passion for a five star approach to guest satisfaction within beverage and food. Outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, ambition, a desire to work as part of a creative team and a willingness to learn something new each day should be skills that you will be able to demonstrate naturally. Preferred candidates ideally should be currently working in the luxury five star industries at present and be up to date with recent beverage lifestyle concepts within the local market place.

As a member of the Food & Beverage team for the hotels fashionable Booking Office Bar & Hotel Lounge areas you will be working alongside one of the most exclusive beverage partnerships in London. The hotel is delighted collaborating with experts from Bibendum who will assist F&B Ambassadors develop their skills and expertise to ensure our F&B Ambassadors have all the latest, stylist F&B techniques within the market place ensuring that the St Pancras Renaissance is the place to be seen, visit and work in London.
