The Job
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven retail store manager, to join a High End Multi Channel Childrens, Marternity and baby products leading retailer in the Black Heath area of London. This expanding Retailer is one of the UK's only muti channel companies within their sector. They take pride in delivering excellent customer service, availability and people development.
Working 5 out of 7 days, the Store Managers are responsible for inspiring and motivating their team to drive sales and to give a high level of service for return business.
Who we are looking for
As an ideal candidate you will be a focussed, super enthusiastic, sales orientated, switched on individual who strives for success. You will be passionate about meeting customer and company expectations, demonstrate a healthy attitude to competition and most of all is a leader who inspires and motivates others.
• Ideally you will have a wealth of Store Management experience
• You will be a strong leader with the ability to consistently drive and improve the overall performance of the store.
• A strong background in people, customer service and operations management, coupled with a truly passionate, hands on approach.
Key Responsibilities include:
• You will have ultimate responsibility for the store, its staff, bottom line profits, service and compliance.
• You will be directly responsible for all operational, stock, customer service, staff training development issues and store initiatives.
• You will be fully accountable for driving sales, store security, implement and uphold company policies
• You will be developing and implementing business plans and communicating targets, objectives to your team.
