Job Centre Online, Parts Coordinator Employment Vacancy - We are looking for two Parts Coordinators to be based at our Distribution Centre at Curtain Place, London. The two roles will be working as part of a friendly, busy team preparing customer orders.
You will be responsible for receiving of stock into our London stores, checking delivery notes and reporting any errors back to Head Office to rectify.
Other main duties will include:
* Putting stock away into stores following receipt, making use of locations provided by in-house database.
* To order spare parts consumables for engineers.
* To progress chase spare parts as necessary.
* To book in and set up all new spare parts onto the in-house database.
* To distribute spare parts and consumables where necessary within the Division, using same day or next day couriers.
* To escalate delays in spare part arrival to the relevant Call Centre staff.
* To process all warranty claims in the Region including following the required procedures for warranty claiming items covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills. Experienced in working with databases and have basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.
