“Effect of Processing on Biochemical Compositions and Development of Resistant Starch, Neutraceuticals and Value Added Products from Culinary Banana (Musa ABB) Kachkal of North East India”
Duration: 03 (three) years or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
