Job Centre Online, Head Of Building Surveying Vacancies - Our client is International construction & property consultancy who currently require a Director to head up and manage their building surveying division in London and the South East.
Building surveying within the group is regarded as an area of yet further strong growth in both the public and private sectors with cross selling off the back of established and significant project management and quantity surveying divisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone to build on an established high profile client base and continue to develop the building surveying offering in London and the south East.
You will be degree qualified, MRICS, with several years PQE managing your own projects, clients and team of building surveyors and currently be running a building surveying division in the South East for a consultancy/PQS.
This is very much a delivery role as well as a management and leadership role and while you will work closely with the main board to develop and plan the growth of the business and continued integration of the building surveying service with internal business units you will be very client facing.
