With this in mind they require a Commercial Manager to be a significant member of the senior management team on a major road project in Nth Qld. Your role as Commercial Manager will involve direct management of your site based team to achieve excellence on this large road project. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
* Commercial leadership and management;
* Manage the financial and reporting systems;
* Manage the project accounting;
Identify strategies and produce and implement plans for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness;
Identify & assess contracts as well as commercial risks;
Monitor, Analyse and Report on the financial performance of contracts;
Liaise, advise and support the project team on all commercial issues;
Be one of the companies senior representatives to the client;
