Qualifications : An eminent scholar with Ph.D qualifications(s) in concerned/allied/relevant discipline relevant to the area of educational policy, planning and administration and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work, with minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
A minimum score stipulated in Academic Performance Indicators (API) based Performance Base Appraisal System (PBAS) set out in UGC Regulations with in Appendix III of UGC Regulations 2010.
