Union Bank of India has declared the results for its recruitment of 1640 clerks.The preliminary exam was held in February 2011 & based on this, applicants are shortlisted & called for next stage.
Written test for Union bank of India`s clerk recruitment was held on February 6, 2011 to fill 1640 posts across various states.It had the following papers – Reasoning, Numerical ability, General awareness & English.Apart from 0.25 negative mark for wrong answers, candidates must qualify in each paper & score atleast 40% (out of 200) to become eligible for selection.
Results of this test were released by the bank yesterday,which provides detailed info of 10,000+ candidates along with state, roll number, applicant name & interview time with address.The list can be downloaded from their website here (.pdf file)
Interview process is scheduled to begin from May 2, 2011.While 50 marks has been allotted for Interview, it is necessary to score the qualifying mark of 25.Union bank of India has also informed that those shortlisted would be sent separate call letters. Original certificates along with copies & payment challan must be carried for the session.
