The role: Media, Mobile and Platforms Sales Operations Lead, SEEMEA
As Sales Operations Lead SEEMEA (Southern, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) you will be focused on planning and executing display sales strategy and driving key business projects to completion.

Typical responsibilities will include planning and managing launches for new display products and new markets, assessing market opportunities for revenue growth, streamlining sales and account management processes and execution, and driving quarterly and annual business planning and review processes across the Media, Mobile and Platforms businesses. Most projects will span across multiple functions, including Display Sales, Ad Operations, Display Partnerships, YT Content Partnerships, Sales Finance, Marketing and HR.

Responsibilities:
* Work with the SEEMEA Senior Media, Mobile and Platforms leadership to define strategic, structural and operational initiatives that will most positively impact the growth and scaling of the business and be accountable for driving recommendations through to implementation.
* Apply quantitative analysis, project management skills, business judgment and leadership to drive strategic, structural and operational initiatives through to implementation.
* Increase productivity and scalability in the display organization by analyzing workflow and execution processes and leading cross-functional teams to build and rollout improvements.
* Develop processes and quantitative support for building operational rigor in the SEEMEA Media and Platforms Sales organization. Particular emphasis to be placed on sales goal / KPI development, product launch goals / adoption monitoring, headcount calibration, organizational alignment, and measurement and monitoring of overall business performance.
* Serve as the primary interface between SEEMEA Media, Mobile and Platforms Sales and supporting organizations, ensuring alignment of strategy and operational tactics with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, PR, Sales Finance and HR.

Requirements:
* Graduate degree from a business school strongly preferred; undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or other technical field preferred.
* Proven track record of experience at a leading consulting firm or investment bank, or equivalent project management experience in a line role for a high-growth technology firm. Experience in the software, Internet, and/or media industries preferred.
* Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated strong performance in prior role/s, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence; demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
* Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical management team.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication in English and one of French, Spanish or Italian.
