This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading investment bank, which is looking for candidates to join its Payment Processing group. This department is responsible for handling all payment traffic across multiple branches in Europe. The job requires an employee able to process the day-to-day work flow for the desk providing services to internal business partners, Partner Banks and European branches.
The Role responsibilities includes
• Processing incoming and outgoing client payment instructions across several
international branches.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy when processing and verifying payments.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues using own initiative.
• Building strong relationships with business partners.
The Ideal Candidate MUST have
• A minimum of two years within the Payments business and using SWIFT.
• A good understanding of the Cash Management Business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good teamwork ethic
• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines.
