Contact Center Officer, code : CCO
With requirement :
- Graduate preferably with a degree in Communication
- Minimum 3 years experiences supervising call center agents
- A mature individual who is able to work with minimal supervision and is resourceful
- Computer literate and good command of English
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills, hard working, innovative, team player and committed
Responsibilities such as :
1. Supervise Contact Center function to help Supporter Relation Management Division to achieve its target on recruitment and retention
2. Supervise Contact Center function to help Marketing & Communication Department to achieve its target
3. Develop and implement Contact Center strategic plan under supervision of Retention & Supporter Service Coordinator
