Assistant HR Manager

Responsibilities & Requirement:
* To provide all-rounded HR operational support and strategic planning for the HK office
* Support the AP HR Director in executing HR porgrams and all HR initiatives
* Formulate and execute strategic HR plans
* Pro-active in reaching out internal customers, hearing voices from them and driving a harmony working environment for the company

* Be the AP hub in driving regional HR programs
* Enforce the employee relationship within the organization
* Candidates have to have 6 years solid HR Generalist experience in multinational organization, must be able to multi-tasking and prioritising the job request
* Strong skill in strategic planning and execution
* Able to handle ad hoc task/projects and face challenge from differnet asepct
* Be flexible and dynamic, able to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent spoken English and Putonghua
* Excellent interpersonal skill and must be pro-active and oput-spoken
* Occassional travel is needed for the success of this job role
