Responsibilities:
-Setting up CRM Strategy and concept.
-Planning all Anlene Loyalty / CRM preparation for Indonesia and
continually assess CRM agency on pilot as well as on roll out
-Coordinate pilot with various agency and across cities, early
monitoring and feedback to ensure proper execution
-Design the necessary reward program, pilot evaluation and data
analysis, evaluate and extend pilot learning for loyalty roll-out
-Oversee migration of CRM program for Project Grass and integrate
to Anlene corporate CRM.
-Develop training manual and manage the CRM training.
-Managing customer complaint.
-location Jakarta
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree from reputable university.
-Experience minimum 4 years in customer relationship management
(CRM) for both CRM program, application and processes.
-Effective communication and presentation skills as well as team
player.
-Excellent capability in doing analysis of customer information /
data.
-Preferred industry background: FMCG, dairy or food product in
leading brand.
